Our Mission

​My story is unique in that I grew up hating fitness and running, never feeling like I was good at it or even had a choice. Eventually on my own terms I began to enjoy fitness and my mindset changed from it feeling like a punishment to it allowing me to release some of my anxieties from day to day life. After some big life-altering events, I truly truly fell in love with the gym, lifting and eventually running. In some ways I think it saved me and eventually changed every single aspect of my life in the best way. I dove in head first, started running half marathons (for fun)  and became a certified personal trainer and now my hope is to inspire others to not just focus on the physical, but to truly prioritize their mental wellbeing. And that is how FIT MIND Twisted Body was born.

Laura Robinson

Certified Personal Trainer

Laura is a certified personal trainer whose specialties include, high intensity training, runners, those just beginning their fitness journey, and clients interested in working on stability and mobility. She believes that fitness should be fun and enjoyable, and strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all her clients.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport, Event and Entertainment Mangement
    Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise

Certifications:

Ralph aka Ralphie

Mascot

Ralphie will be your biggest cheerleader, he will also insist on you taking frequent breaks to pet him.
